BRIEF
Suncity Group, a Major name in the Real Estate
industry in Vadodara, required a break through
strategy for their upcoming Club Launch targeting
certain demography of customers and conveying the
grandness of the brand.
IDEA
To move beyond a generalized perception of a
Club house, we brewed a social strategy that
created strategic engagement on 3 levels, namely,
Club Branding, Club Marketing & its Advertising,
while also keeping in mind the brand equity of the
Suncity group. We helped the Brand strike a chord
of symbiotic bond that transpired the selected set
of Audiences’ Core and the Club’s Launch through
audience anticipation for launch & respective membership
subscriptions, that kept Suncity Club ahead of its
major competitors.
EXECUTION
We created a buzz with various online platforms
and made the brand omnipresent brand that was
lead by content marketing, followed by traditional
advertising, leaving no space spared from the
target market. It will be concluded with an
extravagant event that will unveil the club.
