Kreamzz was incorporated in a city that was
new to them, with only one simple idea: Serving
the locality with a wide variety of delicious
ice creams. So, it was necessary to widen the
recognition of the product and the place as much
as possible; and hence, reaching the Right Audience
with the Right Message became our mission.
You need to be bold to be heard, and you
need to be humble to be loved. We just gave
kreamzz a touch of both, with the message
being aggressive to the competitors and radiant
to the audience. We strategized our content to
target the youth by making Kreamzz a subject
of both, curiosity and affection.
We utilized social media platforms to cover
our on-ground activities and campaigns at
kreamzz. We focused in involving these campaigns
around the target audience, in order to grow
organic and sharable content that increased
Digital Word of Mouth.
